Android 11One UI 3.1

Samsung Galaxy M11 Android 11 One UI 3.1 firmware update rollout begins!

After upgrading the premium and mid-range phones, Samsung has started delivering the Android 11-based One UI 3.0 and One UI 3.1 update together to the budget and entry-level Galaxy devices. Recently, the Galaxy M01 users received this major s/w update and the company is now sending this update to another M series handset.

According to the official information, the Galaxy M11 is the latest smartphone to get the Android 11-based One UI 3.1 update. However, it was launched back in February last year with One UI 2.1 on the top of Android 10, and the company is directly updating it to the 3.1 version of One UI by skipping the One UI 2.5 and One UI 3.0.

Currently, this update is rolling out in select regions including Vietnam, which carries release number: M115FXXU2BUD8. It also includes the April 2021 security patch, which brings system security improvements against 21 CVEs from Samsung and 30 critical CVEs from Google.

ONE UI 3.0:

This new firmware update for the Galaxy A41, M01, and Galaxy Tab A7 bring all the user interface changes of the One UI 3.0 including a redesigned Home screen, Quick panel, App drawer, Lock screen, and Settings menu. [One UI 3.0 Changelog]
