Recently, Samsung Canada has been recognized as one of the 50 most Engaged Workplaces by graduates, the leading staffing company. The annual awards recognize top employers who show leadership and innovation in including their workplaces.

This is one of the most popular engagement tools by Samsung Canada is their new employee recognition platform through the Achievers platform, which gives employees and managers the opportunity to celebrate colleagues with virtual dos. These recognition times accumulate into prize points that can redeem gift cards and other prizes.

To evaluate candidates for the top 50 engaged workplaces, Achievers comprises a panel of 15 accredited judges consisting of academic staff, industry analysts, thought leaders, journalists, and influencers.

Samsung Galaxy S21 May 2024 update

Samsung is releasing a new update with May 2024 security patch for Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 Plus, and Galaxy S21 Ultra smartphones. The fresh update improves system security and stability by fixing 45 issues.

May 2024 security update for the Samsung Galaxy S21 series is currently rolling out in Europe and the company will soon make it available in more countries. Users can verify the update through the One UI build version ending with GXDH.

The latest security patch resolves 45 vulnerabilities, including 33 from Google. It includes 3 Critical and 26 High-level CVEs. The update also features 25 Samsung-specific fixes.

Moreover, the update brings system security improvements, stability optimization, functional enhancements, and bug fixes. With this update, the company aims to provide an enhanced and better user experience.

To check the update, you just need to navigate to the device’s Settings, then a Software update, and Download and install. If you have received the update, install it now to get enhanced features.

Samsung One UI 7 Update: Which Galaxy devices will get Android 15?

Google’s Pixel phones received the first Developer Preview of Android 15 in April 2024. The new operating system remained limited to the Pixel devices till I/O 2024. Samsung will open its Android 15 Beta Program — One UI 7 — for Galaxy devices sometime in August 2024.

One UI 6.1 is the latest Galaxy skin based on Android 14. The Android 15-based One UI 7 will debut on many Samsung devices later this year. While it’s just the beginning of 2024, we already know Galaxy devices are eligible for Android 15.

Google released Android 15 DP2 in late March and Public Beta also started in April 2024. Following the I/O 2024 event, Android vendors like Xiaomi, OPPO, and OnePlus have also commenced Public Beta for their flagships, which Samsung is not subjected to follow.

The Galaxy S24 series will surely be the first to get One UI 7 Beta sometime in August this year. The South Korean tech giant will then expand its Beta activity for some older lineups including but not limited to the Galaxy S23 series, Galaxy Z Flip 5, and Galaxy Z Fold 5.

Samsung May 2024 update list

Even while extending the One UI 6.1 update to more devices, Samsung has not forgotten to release the monthly patch. The company initiated the May 2024 security patch rollout with the Galaxy S24 series and then released it for other devices, which you can see in the list below.

The Korean tech giant is regularly working to ensure that all compatible Galaxy devices will receive the latest security update soon. The May 2024 patch addresses 45 vulnerabilities including 33 identified by Google, with 3 Critical and 26 High-level CVEs. Additionally, there are 25 fixes specific to Samsung.

Throughout this month, Samsung plans to upgrade several eligible devices to the One UI 6.1 software. The update has been rolled out to the Galaxy Z Fold 4, Fold 4, Flip 3, Fold 3, Galaxy S22 series, S21 series, Galaxy A33, A54, A34, and A73 smartphones. More devices are expected to receive the update shortly.

Some devices will also be updated to One UI 6.1 along with the May 2024 security patch. Below is a list of Samsung devices that have already received the updates in May 2024.
