Samsung Galaxy A30 Update: September 2021 security patch releasing
Samsung introduced the Galaxy A30 smartphone way back in 2019. Out of the box, the handset shipped with One UI 1.x on top of Google’s Android 9 operating system. In early last year, the phone received its first major upgrade with One UI 2 based on Android 10, followed by Android 11-based One UI 3.1 update in H2 2021.
However, the Galaxy A30 is a budget phone that belongs to the Galaxy A lineup, the Korean tech giant completed its major software update lifespan. In the meantime, the device is still eligible for new security patch updates as well as new features until 2023, thanks to new Samsung update policy.
