It’s now the Galaxy A51 5G’s turn to get the Samsung June 2021 security patch with a new firmware update. Initially, the users in Taiwan are getting the latest software update, which is deploying having PDA version number: A516BXXS4CUG1.
Last month, the company revealed that its June 2021 security patch brings fixes for 2 Critical (CVE-2021-0507, CVE-2021-0516), 27 High, and 5 Moderate levels of CVEs to Galaxy phones and tablets. Moreover, it also includes fixes for 19 SVEs from Samsung.
Samsung Galaxy A51 got July 2021 security patch
Unlike the 5G variant, the standard Galaxy A51 smartphone had received the most up-to-date July 2021 security patch last week. The update was initially released in Russia and later on expanded to more regions and countries. The update carries version number: A515FXXU5EUG2.
Galaxy A51 Android 12 Status
It’s reported that the company has started the Android 12 development on the Galaxy S21 flagship series and it could announce the One UI 4.0 Beta for developers in September, followed by public Beta in October this year.
