The Galaxy A51 was launched in December 2019 prepacked with One UI 2 (Android 10). After many days of waiting, users of this device received the update of Android 11-based One UI 3.0 earlier this year which installed various new features and a refreshed UI design. Later, Samsung kicked off the One UI 3.1 update which is currently running on A51 devices.

Now as per the latest info, Samsung has started rolling out the May 2021 security update to the Galaxy A51. The new update carries the firmware version A515FXXU4EUD7. However, the official changelog for it is currently unavailable.

But is quite sure, it won’t include any new features and will only install the security patches of May and bug fixes. Meanwhile, Samsung hasn’t revealed yet what types of security vulnerabilities are fixed via the latest security patches but it is eminent that the FOTA will provide better security to the Galaxy A51 users including system stability.

Initially, Galaxy A51 users in Russia will get the new security update which is further extended to remaining users in various markets. Besides, if you haven’t received a notification for this update, you can manually check through the below-mentioned steps.

After Galaxy A54 5G, Samsung has started rolling out the One UI 6.1 update for Galaxy A34 5G smartphone users in Korea. The update brings new features and enhancements for a better and next-level experience.

Users of Samsung Galaxy A34 5G can identify the One UI 6.1 update with One UI build version A346NKSU5CXD5. The installation package size of this update is around 2.2GB.

One UI 6.1 introduces advanced image editing, including precise clipping and object transfer between photos. It enhances video editing with speed adjustments and cross-device state sharing.

The update adds depth effects to wallpapers, new widgets, and various font choices for better personalization. Users can now organize Modes and Routines directly from the home screen, and the Quick Share feature simplifies content sharing. The Samsung Find app and child account settings support security and family management.

Additionally, Samsung Internet allows tab group sharing, while Samsung Health offers customizable health goals and menstrual cycle tracking. You can download the update through Settings >> Software Update >> Download and install.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 users in the US are receiving an Android 14-based One UI 6.1 update with limited AI features. The major update arrives with One UI build version F926U1UEUIXDB and a package size of around 2.2GB.

One UI 6.1 update is rolling out for unlocked models of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 in the US. This update is already available in Korea and Europe.

This major update brings the Circle to Search feature with Google so you can easily learn more about anything shown on your screen without switching apps. You just need to touch and hold the Home button or navigation handle, then circle anything on the screen to begin a Google Search.

In addition, the update adds several new features and improvements over the previous UI. It also installs the latest available versions of the stock apps.

In the US, Samsung is rolling out the May 2024 security update for unlocked Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24 Plus, and Galaxy S24 Ultra models. This update is already live in Europe and for locked models on various network carriers in the US.

The fresh update improves system security and stability to enhance the overall performance. In addition, it updates some functions and stocks apps for a better user experience.

May 2024 Security Update Details

May 2024 security update fixes 45 vulnerabilities, out of which Google has addressed 33. It includes 3 vulnerabilities as Critical and 26 as High-level. The patch also has 25 Samsung-specific enhancements. It fixes issues related to Secure Folder, multitasking framework, and more.
