One UI 6.1
One UI 6.1 support now available for Samsung Battery and Memory Guardian apps
Samsung has released a significant update for its Battery Guardian and Memory Guardian apps, which introduces compatibility with the latest One UI 6.1. This update brings One UI 6.1 support to ensure seamless operation of these essential guardians without any crashing issues.
The updated version of the Battery Guardian app is 5.1.10 and it weighs only 3.81MB. This app helps manage battery usage efficiently.

Galaxy A54 users getting One UI 6.1 update in the US, Europe
Samsung has started expanding the One UI 6.1 update to the Galaxy A54 in the US and Europe. Users of this device are already enjoying the One UI 6.1 feature in Korea and the company is regularly working to make it available in more countries.
One UI 6.1 update for Samsung Galaxy A54 arrives with PDA version A546BXXU7CXDC in Europe and A546VSQU6CXDE in the US. It does not bring the May 2024 security patch by including the April patch to enhance security and stability.
Users can check and install the update through Settings >> Software Updates >> Download and install.
WHAT’S NEW
Battery protection
- Choose from different battery protection options to help maintain your battery’s capacity over the lifetime off your phone.
- Go to Settings > Battery protection > select to view details > enable it and select the best option for you.
Gallery
- Move subjects from one image to another.
- Touch and hold a subject in an image and clip it out, then keep holding it as you swipe to a new image with your other hand. Once you find the image you want, release your clip to paste the subject there. Find Tips under the Tips app.
Clock-Alarm
- Customize your alarm backgrounds with your own images or video.
- Select the alarm you want to edit > select alarm background to start the customization
Clock-World Clock
- The world clock now contains sunrise and sunset details.

One UI 6.1 update for Galaxy S21 live in India with limited AI features
Earlier this month, Samsung started releasing One UI 6.1 update for Galaxy S21 series users and the company is now expanding this update to users in India. This update is already live in Korea, Europe, and the US.
One UI 6.1 update brings Circle to Search features that provide information about an object or text you search by simply making a circle. It adds a Battery protection feature that allows you to choose different options to maintain battery capacity over the lifetime of your phone.
Moreover, the Gallery also lets users move subjects from one image to another just by touching and holding to clip them out. Users can customize alarm backgrounds with their own images or videos.
One UI 6.1 update for Samsung Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 Plus, and Galaxy S21 Ultra smartphones in India can be identified through the One UI build version G991BXXUAGXDA, G996BXXUAGXDA, and G998BXXUAGXDA respectively.
To install the update, open Settings >> Software Update >> Download and install.
