Check the SIM card.
- Remove the SIM card and inspect it for damage or corrosion.
- Reinsert the SIM card, making sure it is properly installed in the tray.
- If you have another phone that works with the same carrier, try using the SIM card with that phone.
- Make sure you are removing and inserting the SIM card correctly.
Try another SIM card.
- If you have another active line with your carrier, you can try that SIM card with your phone.
Replace the SIM card.
- If your SIM card continues to have issues, you will need to get a replacement SIM card from your carrier.
Fix 3
- The SIM card is not inserted properly.
- A loose SIM card slot will be caused the card to lose the connection with the reader of the device.
- Solution: You can try to apply some pressure to the slot check again if the slot holds the SIM properly.
- Dust over the slot and SIM card reader making the slot incapable of reading the card properly.
- Solution: Gently wipe the contacts or use compressed air to remove it.

If you’re experiencing problems with your albums, there are two solutions you can try:
1.) Disable Albums with the same name in the Hide Album Feature
For that, you just need to open the Samsung Gallery app on your device >> tap the More Options icon (Three vertical dots) >> Select Hide Album option >> Look for albums that have the same name and turn them off.
2.) Turn Off the Album Merge Feature
To do so, launch the Samsung Gallery app >> click on the More icon at the bottom to enter Settings >> check the option for Merge Album and switch it off.
