Samsung Pay getting a new update with Service enhancement

Samsung is currently busy developing the One UI 4 beta program for its several Galaxy devices. Just recently, the company has announced its most anticipated One UI 4 Beta 3 for Galaxy S21 series smartphone users in South Korea.

Aside from the One UI 4 Beta, the company is also focussing on the software update section, as the Korean tech giant has just released a new software update for the Samsung Pay application. This latest update brings service enhancement to the app.

Starting this month, the company already started removing ads from the One UI stock app, starting with Samsung Health and Samsung Pay. It’s good that Samsung is finally getting rid of ads from One UI stock apps. Now, users can also be able to use these apps without seeing these annoying ads.

Samsung Pay on Galaxy Watch is now officially available to use almost anywhere. It is available with participating payment networks, banks and merchants and is only compatible with selected cards and Samsung devices on NFC terminals.

Simple Steps to Pay

Once you activate Samsung Pay on your Watch, simply press and hold the “Back” key on your Watch to launch Samsung Pay, select your card, and pay by holding your Watch near any card reader or NFC terminal.

Secure and Private

Your actual account number is never shared with a retailer. Samsung Pay transmits a one-time use digital card number each time a transaction is made. Samsung Pay is protected by Samsung KNOX while transactions can only be authorized with your PIN. For added security, you can remotely lock or erase your payment cards in Samsung Pay using the ‘Samsung Find My Mobile service.

Compatible Banks and Credit Cards

Only compatible with selected cards and participating banks and qualifying Samsung devices. Some features may not be available in certain countries. Registration required. Terms apply.

Eligible Devices

Samsung Pay on Galaxy Watch is offered to users with Galaxy Watch synced with Samsung and non-Samsung smartphones with Android OS 7.0 and above and with any of the following resolutions: 1280×800, 1280×720, 1920×1080, 2560×1440, and 3840×2160.

Samsung has pushed a new update for the Customization Service app, which arrives with version 3.5.01.4. The new update is available for Galaxy devices with an installation package size of 26.18MB.

The new update improves the performance and stability of the service to enhance the user experience. It also fixes some issues that users encountered in the previous version. However, no new feature or change noted.

Samsung Customization Service uses the information collected from the users’ devices, apps, and services to provide them with customized content and recommendations. Samsung devices, apps, and services are designed to provide you with customized services by supporting your desires and needs smartly and intelligently.

The fresh update enhances the performance of the Customization Service more. Users can download and install it by going to Galaxy Store’s Menu options and then the Updates section. Alternatively, users can also get the update from a third-party link given here.

WhatsApp Video sharing issue fix update

WhatsApp for Android is rolling out a new update latest beta update, which addresses a critical video-sharing issue that affected users on the previous version. Users can verify the latest update through version 2.24.10.3 upgraded from 2.24.9.33.

The last beta update introduced a new favorites feature in the chats tab. However, it also prevented users from sending videos to contacts, groups, and status updates.

Despite attempts to fix the problem via some temporary solutions such as device restart and app force-stop, a permanent solution is necessary. That’s why, the new beta update of WhatsApp resolves the video-sharing issue and allows seamless sharing of video content once again.

Users are advised to download and install the 2.24.10.3 update to avoid any problems in their video communication and get an optimal experience.
