Galaxy S23 Ultra became the first Samsung device to debut a massive 200-megapixel camera sensor. While the S23 Ultra brings ISOCELL HP2, Samsung apparently equips the Galaxy S24 Ultra with an optimized 200MP camera called ISOCELL HP2SX.
A reliable Samsung leaker today revealed that the Galaxy S24 Ultra brings a 200MP main camera, which could be named ISOCELL HP2SX. As the HP2 only debuted with the S23 Ultra last year, the company might not make a major change in the primary camera, but an optimized sensor apparently coming.

In addition, the tipster claimed that the ISOCELL HP2SX replicates the specifications of the HP2 sensor such as 200-megapixel resolution, 0.6μm pixel size, and 1/1.3″ optical format. With software optimization, the company will offer major improvements in terms of performance.
