These Samsung Galaxy devices received May 2023 security update so far
In late April, Samsung started rolling out the May 2023 security update to Galaxy devices. The Galaxy A10e was the first to grab this latest security patch, and the company’s latest flagship lineup joined the party earlier this month, followed by older flagships too.
Since then, Samsung is continuously expanding the availability of its May 2023 security update for more and more Galaxy smartphones and tablets. So far, dozens of Galaxy models that are listed on the company’s official support page have received the most up-to-date Android patches.
In addition to the Galaxy S22 series, the South Korean tech giant rolled out latest security improvements to the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S21, and Galaxy S20 series as well as the best foldable phones and flagship tablet lineups released back in 2022 and 2021.

These Samsung Galaxy devices will not get updates from May 2023
Samsung is sending the May 2024 security update for Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra smartphones in Europe. This update is already out for locked models of these devices in the US.
The Korean tech giant is rolling out a May 2024 security update for the Galaxy Note 20 series in Europe with the One UI build version ending with HXE9. The company will soon make this update in more countries.
The latest security patch resolves 45 vulnerabilities, including 33 from Google. It includes 3 Critical and 26 High-level CVEs. The update also features 25 Samsung-specific fixes.
Moreover, the update brings system security improvements, stability optimization, functional enhancements, and bug fixes. With this update, the company aims to provide an enhanced and better user experience.
Users of the Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra smartphones can check and install the latest update by following a few easy steps mentioned below.

Samsung Galaxy Note 20, S20 FE, Z Flip 3, Fold 3, and Fold 2 get May 2024 update [Verizon US]
Samsung is rolling out a new update for the Galaxy Z Flip 5G smartphone, which installs the May 2024 security patch. The update improves system security and stability to enhance the overall performance of the device.
