The Galaxy Tab S9 will be the year 2023’s tab series from Samsung that will launch in August or September alongside the next-generation foldable smartphones. Now a new leak has surfaced online which reveals the memory of the Ultra variant of the Galaxy Tab S9 series.

According to the information, Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra will pack in up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. The company will offer three different memory options for the Ultra model, so users can select as per their needs.

Furthermore, the tipster shared the details of all three memory options for the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra devices that are mentioned below.

  • 8 GB LPDDR5X, 128 GB UFS 3.1
  • 12 GB LPDDR5X, 256 GB UFS 4.0
  • 16 GB LPDDR5X, 512 GB UFS 4.0

This new leak shows that the company is not going to bring any new storage and RAM changes with the next tab series. Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 series also offers the same memory variants.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra may reportedly feature a 14.6-inch Super AMOLED display with 1848 x 2960 px resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, 326.4 x 208.6 x 5.5mm dimension, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy processor with 16GB LPDDR5X RAM, IP68 rating, and more.

Aside from this, a recent report revealed that the Korean tech giant will no longer use the LCD display and will solely use AMOLED display with the next tab series. Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Standard model may also feature an AMOLED display.

At present, we can take this information with a pinch of salt as the company is yet to make any official announcement.

BREAKING: Samsung Galaxy S25 might not get bigger battery

Samsung Slow down issue fix

Samsung has no plan to bring a larger battery to the Galaxy S25. In a new report, GalaxyClub reports that the company won’t revise the battery capacity in the next generation of phones. At present, the information has arrived for Standard variant only.

GalaxyClub reports that the Samsung Galaxy S25 will use the same battery as the S24. The phone’s battery will have a rated capacity of 3881mAh, which the company will market as 4000mAh. We still guess the battery efficiency will be improved due to the 3nm chipsets.

The Galaxy S25 smartphone will carry model number SM-S931. The lineup’s Plus and Ultra models should get a battery increment, but it isn’t much expected. As the phone launches early next year, it’s too early to predict such changes for the flagships.

Meanwhile, the South Korean tech giant will release new foldable phones next month. The company may launch the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Z Fold 6 foldables. Besides, the Galaxy Watch 7, Buds 3 and Buds 3 Pro, and Galaxy Ring are likely to be unveiled.

Recently, it was reported that the Galaxy S24 FE is also under testing. The phone benchmarked for the first time on Geekbench, revealing a degraded Exynos 2400 chipset. The Fan Edition device may be introduced sometime around Google’s Fall event.
