Samsung’s April 2023 patch mends a bunch of common vulnerability exposures including but not limited to 5 Critical, 46 High, and 1 Moderate. Notably, Google found 4 more vulnerabilities, which are not applicable to Samsung Galaxy devices.

Aside from this, the rollout enhances camera functions, image quality, and gallery usability. It adds a function to Gallery that lets you quickly delete photos that are processed by the camera right after they’ve been taken.

In addition, the AF concept has been changed so that when the user presses the shooting button, the user can take a photo even when the focus is not fully set. You can also change the settings through the latest Camera assistant to shoot better.

For better image stabilization, the update fixes a bunch of issues related to green lines, banding noise, blurring, malfunction when Scene optimization is off, Super Steady function, third-party video calls, and more.

The Korean tech giant adds a new option of prioritizing focus over motion to the Camera Assistant module of Good Lock. We recommend installing the update as soon as you received it to enjoy new features.
