Samsung June 2022 security update is now rolling out to these Galaxy devices

On May 23, Samsung first released the new June 2022 security update for the Galaxy device. While the Galaxy Tab S7+ tablet consumers were the first to receive this latest Android security update, Samsung will roll it out to more devices in the next few days.

Together with the June 2022 security patch, the South Korean tech giant will also share its May 2022 update with more/remaining Samsung Galaxy devices in the coming days/weeks. At the same time, Android 12-based One UI 4.1 will also include in the June 2022 OTA for the handsets running Android 11.

Samsung Galaxy Note 20 gets July 2022 security update

Samsung is now rapidly expanding the July 2022 security patch to more Galaxy devices, following the initial rollout with the Galaxy A32 LTE. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra smartphones are now receiving the July 2022 security update in Europe.
According to the information, the July 2022 security update comes with PDA release numbers N981BXXS4FVG1 and N986BXXS4FVG1 for the Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, respectively. Besides 5G models, the company will soon release the new patch for the LTE variants, as well.

So far, the South Korean tech giant released the July 2022 security patch to the Galaxy A32, Galaxy S22, Galaxy S21, and Galaxy A23 smartphones. However, the Galaxy S20 owners can also expect July 2022 security patch release in the coming days.

To check for software updates manually, just head towards your phone’s system Settings, followed by Software updates and Download and install. Since the update rollout is in the initial stage, everyone might not be able to access it for now, but you can try now.

According to the information, Samsung Community’s Camera Incharge revealed that the Galaxy Note 20 will soon be able to use the Expert RAW Camera app. Consumers of these smartphones will be able to download it after installing the next software update, which could be the July 2022 patch.

The Samsung Internet now has new widgets to search for information directly from the home screen, Gallery has built-in advanced editing tools including shadow eraser and objects eraser, RAM Plus has a customization option, Device care is improved, and a lot more.
Besides these major changes, the Samsung Galaxy A02s Android 12 One UI 4.1 update also installs the June 2022 Android security patch that fixes 66 privacy and security-related vulnerabilities and exploits.
