WhatsApp Community feature will work similar to Discord Communities and Channels

According to the information, the feature of the WhatsApp community will be similar to the Discord community and channel. This means that WhatsApp’s community managers will be able to include other groups under their circle.
In addition, it is reported that administrators can invite more users to join the community through the community invitation link on WhatsApp.
There are several screenshots detailing this feature, and we expect to see more screenshots in the coming days. It is worth noting that the community on WhatsApp will implement end-to-end encryption.
It is clearly visible in the screenshot, people will be able to create community chats. Currently, it is like a group chat, not like a social network at all. WhatsApp has released a new beta update for Android, which brings the ability to share motion photos. This feature has been spotted in the latest beta version 2.2.25.12 and will be available in a future update.

In the new WhatsApp update, users will be able to share these motion photos in individual chats, group chats, and channels. This gives users more flexibility and options for sharing photos.
When you select a photo to send, there will be a new button that lets you choose whether to send the still photo or the motion photo. The feature will work in both individual and group chats and even channels.

WhatsApp may soon let you turn off camera before answering video calls

When you receive a video call, you will see an option that says “Turn off your video.” If you tap on it, the call will be accepted without turning on your camera, so you can just talk without being seen.
