WhatsApp may soon add new Community feature

WhatsApp is surely one of the biggest messaging platforms throughout. Despite great size and popularity, the app is slow to install features. For instance, many popular IM apps (Instant Messaging) offer seamless chat backup and sync across Android and iOS, but WhatsApp has recently come a long way in allowing iOS users to stream their conversations to Android, and that’s limited to devices on Android.
Even, Samsung Galaxy smartphone also stays in the cart and away from their instructions. However, it is learned that WhatsApp may be working on a new Community feature of its app, and in appearance, it may differ from the current performance of the Groups.
The latest WhatsApp beta v2.21.21.6 comes with several new cables that point to a future feature called “Community”. All of this has new string extensions on WhatsApp, which show activity in the new Community feature. And the Community feature will have a fair share of distinction with the existing feature of the groups.

However, these Community strings are new additions and exist alongside all existing strings related to the Group’s features, indicating that these two elements may be intertwined. In addition, one of these strings goes on to refer to Group and Community in the same definition, adding more weight to the assumption that the two elements will be present simultaneously.
The community may be a social media activity within WhatsApp as an IM app, similar to what the current Facebook Group is. The WhatsApp community can host multiple WhatsApp groups within them, and become a dedicated Channel of message management.
But unlike Channels with admin-only posting that do not promote any conversation, Community posts are more likely to handle wireless responses such as how Telegram allows for responsive responses to its channel posts.
However, as mentioned, know that this is a guess at the end. It is possible that WhatsApp may simply rename the Groups to be called Community, and the string change did not occur with this beta release. There are a few other doubtful possibilities.
