Samsung Galaxy F41 June 2021 update brings Clipboard feature, system improvements

Last year, Samsung launched the Galaxy F41 as the first smartphone of the Galaxy F series. This budget handset comes with excellent capabilities as per the pricing such as Exynos 9611 chip, 64MP triple rear camera system, 32MP selfie camera, and Android 10-based One UI 2.x pre-installed.

According to the latest information, the company has started to release a new firmware update for the Galaxy F41 smartphone users in India. It’s not just a minor security patch update as it includes a new feature, system improvements, device stability enhancements as well as bug fixes.

If we go with the changelog, the new Galaxy F41 s/w update installs the latest June 2021 security patch that brings fixes for 47 CVEs from Google and 19 SVEs from Samsung. At the same time, it adds a new and useful feature called Clipboard, which was also arrived for select Galaxy M phones.

Identified via PDA release number: F415FXXU1BUF1, the update is gradually rolling out in the Indian market. Just after ensuring stability, Samsung will push a broader rollout of the new Galaxy F41 June 2021 update.

It’s worth mentioning that the Galaxy F41 smartphone had received the Android 11-based One UI 3.0 update starting this year, followed by One UI 3.1 in April. Just to remind you, the device will also get the Android 12-based One UI 4.0 update next year.

Where to find Clipboard?

If you are using Samsung Keyboard to input the texts, you will get a new Clipboard function after installing the June 2021 update. After successful installation, tap the three dots on the top-right side of the keyboard to get access to additional functions.

After that, simply choose Clipboard and you can access all of the recently copied texts and images as well.

Here’s how to check for the updates manually!

Swipe down on the Home Screen and tap on the Settings icon. After entering to Settings, you can find the Software updates option, click on it, and finally hit the Download and install button.
