Launched back in 2015, Samsung Pay is one of the top service offerings from Samsung. This digital payment app is developed for online transactions even without using a physical debit/credit card. The company is currently offering this remarkable service in a number of markets across the globe.

So far, the South Korean tech giant has expanded the reach of Samsung Pay and Pay Mini services to various countries. At the same time, it’s currently available for the only premium Galaxy S, Note, Z and select A series smartphones.

According to the latest info, Samsung is preparing to expand the support of the Samsung Pay service to its more smartphones and tablets, which includes some M series phones too. Moreover, some older and entry-level Galaxies like Galaxy J7 Max/On Max could get the lighter version, the Samsung Pay Mini.

For your better understanding, Samsung Pay Mini is a digital payment app, which is quite similar to other UPI apps such as Phonepe, Paytm, Mobikwik, etc. The Pay Mini transfer money from one account to another using the UPI Payment system, which is supported by mid-range Galaxy devices.

Aside from this, reports suggest that Samsung Galaxy M12 and Galaxy A21s phones have recently received the Samsung Pay Mini support alongside the March 2021 security update. Besides, the Galaxy M62 and the upcoming Galaxy M42 also feature Samsung Pay support as they both are secured by the company’s Knox security framework.
