Samsung Galaxy Note 20 getting November 2020 security update [T-Mobile]

T-Mobile has started sending a new software update to Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra smartphones in the US. This new update improves the security and stability of these devices.

According to the information, the latest firmware update for Samsung Galaxy Note 20 series installs the November 2020 security patch for better device security. It comes with build versions: N981USQS1BTK3 and N986USQS1BTK3 for the Galaxy Note 20, and Note 20 Ultra respectively.

Aside from the security patches, it also brings improvements to the stability of the system as well as some bug fixes for a better user experience. After installing this firmware in your T-Mobile bound Galaxy Note 20 or Note 20 Ultra, you can get enhanced performance with the system functions.

What about Android 11/One UI 3.0

Yesterday, we’ve reported interesting news about the stable Android 11 based One UI 3.0 rollout. Samsung and Verizon opened the stable major Android 11 upgrade for Samsung Galaxy S20 series smartphones.

However, T-Mobile carrier already developing the Android 11 OS for several eligible Galaxy smartphones including the Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra. So we can expect the One UI 3.0/Android R version will soon arrive out from the edges of Verizon and start arriving for other Galaxy models.
