1. One UI 3.0 Beta 3 for Galaxy Note 20

Samsung has started to roll out One UI 3.0 Beta 3 for the Galaxy Note 20 series smartphones in the US. It comes with the December 2020 security patch ahead of 13 days of the next month. Read more here.

3. One UI 3.0 beta temporarily postponed

Samsung has postponed the release of the One UI 3.0 beta for the Galaxy S10 and other eligible models for now due to some technical issues. Read more here.

4. Samsung Members app issue

Samsung Members app can’t allow you to send feedback and bug reports. When the users click on Feedback or Community links the application prompts that “you’ve not enrolled in the beta program”. Read more here.

Google’s Pixel phones are now eligible to install Android 15 Developer Preview. The new Android 15 will remain limited to the Pixel lineup until I/O, however, Samsung will open its Beta Program — One UI 7 — for Galaxy devices later this year.

One UI 6.1 is the latest Samsung skin based on the Android 14. The next Galaxy skin will be One UI 7, powered by Android 15 which will debut on many Samsung devices later this year. While it’s just the beginning of 2024, we already know Galaxy devices eligible for Android 15.

Google confirmed that Android 15 DP2 will be released in March, with Public Beta likely to start in April 2024. Around I/O 2024, Android vendors like Xiaomi, OPPO, and OnePlus will also initial Public Beta for their flagships, which Samsung is unlikely to follow.

Galaxy S24 series will surely be the first to get One UI 7 Beta sometime in August this year. The South Korean tech giant will then expand its Beta activity for some older lineups including but not limited to the Galaxy S23 series, Galaxy Z Flip 5, and Galaxy Z Fold 5.

These Samsung Galaxy phones have received February 2024 security update (List)

Samsung February 2024 update list

Samsung is one of the leading smartphone makers that delivers timely security updates to its devices. The company has started rolling out the February 2024 security patch to many of its Galaxy phones and tablets, starting with Galaxy Z Flip 3.

February 2024 security patch contains CVE and SVE items to improve the security and stability of the device to provide a better and more secure experience. The update also fixes over 75 issues which mainly resolves problems with Smart Suggestions, Auto Hotspot, and Bootloader.

The security update is being rolled out in phases, depending on the regions and models. Therefore, some Galaxy users may have to wait a bit longer to get the notification. However, users can also manually check for the update by going to Settings >> Software update >> Download and install.
