T-Mobile rolling new update for Galaxy Note 20 series, brings 5G support, improvement for battery, dark mode, and camera

T-Mobile is now rolling out a new software update for Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra flagships in the U.S. This new update brings improvements in system functions and stability to provide a better user experience.

According to the information, this update comes with software versions: N981USQU1BTJ4 and N986USQU1BTJ4 for Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra respectively. It has a package size of around 350MB.

The changelog mentions various improvements in the phone’s features. It provides 5G Standalone support and improvements in the battery usage time that can help you to use your device more longer with a single charge. Nowadays, the dark mode is a most important feature, this update enhances the stability of this feature.

Adding to this, the stability of the Camera also improved to level up your image or video capturing experience. Some bugs are fixed and the October 2020 security patch has been added to improve the security to keep your device secure against threats found in October 2020 security bulletin.

Samsung has already made the latest version of One UI, One UI 3.0 live as beta testing for the users of several eligible countries including the U.S. After the completion of all beta testing phases, the update may soon be available for the users who are currently running on the One UI 2.5.
