Samsung Galaxy A31 is now receiving October 2020 security patch update

It’s the last day of the month of October and several flagships, mid-range, and low-end devices already received the latest security patch of this month. Just recently, Galaxy A02 Core that is a low-end smartphone of the company has gone a step ahead and got the November 2020 security patch.

Now, Samsung pushed a new software update for its another Galaxy A-series device, Galaxy A31 but it has not received the latest security patch. This update for Galaxy A31 comes with a software version of A315FXXS1ATJ2 with a package size of just 161.5MB and installs the October 2020 security patch to improve the security and stability of your phone.

Changelog:

  • The security of your device has been improved.

Apart from the October 2020 security patch, this update doesn’t bring any new features to your device.

If you’ve also a Galaxy A31 smartphone then check for the update notification, has not arrived then you can check for the update manually by heading to device Settings > Software update > Download and install.
