Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, Galaxy Tab S8 Plus, and Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra are receiving the stable One UI 5.1.1 update with a bundle of new features and enhancements to provide the next level of innovation and productivity.

The update is rolling out in European countries and the company will expand it soon. One UI 5.1.1 arrives on the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 series with the One UI build version mentioned below.

  • Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra – X906BXXU5BWH6

One UI 5.1.1 update arrives with a personalized Flex Mode Panel experience, enhanced Multi Window, two-handed drag and drop feature, improved taskbar, and more. Check the all features in detail here.

To install the latest update, just need to open Settings, press on the Software Update option, and then click on the Download and install option. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the latest update.

Based on Android 14, the One UI 6.1 update introduces the Galaxy AI feature for an enhanced user experience. It also includes the April 2024 security patch and updates all built-in apps to their newest versions.

Some main features of One UI 6.1 include Circle to Search, which lets users search by drawing a circle around screen content. Live Translate offers instant translation during calls, and Chat Assist suggests writing styles in Samsung Messages. The Interpreter feature translates spoken language into text.

The Gallery app now has AI Edit Suggestion for editing tips. Samsung Note Assist helps format, summarize, and translate text in notes. Additionally, the Voice Recorder app can transcribe and provide summaries of voice recordings. The Samsung Internet app allows for summarization and translation of web pages.

To install the One UI 6.1 update, users of Galaxy Z Flip 4 in Europe should navigate to ‘Settings,’ then ‘Software Updates,’ and select ‘Download and install.’ This update aims to make the smartphone experience more intuitive and efficient with its AI-driven capabilities.
