Samsung Galaxy A22 5G alleged retailer listing reveals European pricing
Following the rising era of 5G, various OEMs bringing affordable smartphones with 5G network connectivity support. So far, Samsung launched the Galaxy A32 5G, Galaxy M42 5G, and Galaxy F52 5G (in China), but it looks like it has something more to show you in the near future.
The Galaxy A22 5G will be the company’s next 5G smartphone, which may be the most affordable 5G offering from the brand. Although the pricing of this device is yet to reveal, a new leak exposes what it will cost in the European market.
According to the latest information, a retailer’s website in Europe shows that the Galaxy A22 5G will be priced at €185, most probably for the 64GB memory variant. However, the retailer listing has not revealed any more information about the device such as design, and specifications.
It’s worth mentioning that the European retailer’s website mentioned the Galaxy A22 5G’s pricing without VAT, so it could be priced around €199 for the base variant. If this info comes true, then it will be the cheapest 5G phone from Samsung as the Galaxy A32 5G priced at €279.
Previously, it is reported that the Galaxy A22 5G will come with a quad rear camera setup, which consists of a 48MP main sensor, an 8MP ultrawide camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor, plus a 13MP front camera for selfies.
Furthermore, it could be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 700 chip and come packed with a 5,000mAh battery and 15W fast charging. Lastly, Samsung has not yet officially disclosed this device, but it’s expected to be launched in H2 2021.

Samsung may not debut Exynos 2400+ with Galaxy S24 FE: Tipster
Rumor spreading that Samsung may debut an Exynos 2400+ chip with Galaxy S24 FE is fake. Tipster OreXDA claims that Samsung won’t bring any mid-cycle iteration of its Exynos chipset, however, improvements to power efficiency and yield are likely.
Reports surfaced claiming Samsung could bring Exynos 2400+ chip to the Galaxy S24 FE. As we didn’t see much happening in the past, the segment would continue as it has so far. Hence, no Plus, Pro, or Ultra iteration of Exynos would launch this year.
The rumor claimed that Exynos 2400+ may bring up to 10% power efficiency and yield boost. The tipster noted that the chipset may be marketed with Plus branding for promotional purposes. However, it would hurt Samsung’s chip distribution strategy.
⚠️ Fake Warning ⚠️
Samsung Never Waste their own silicon for FE Lineups.

If this happens, Galaxy S24 and S24 Plus users would think robbed. We’ve seen such happening with the Galaxy S22 and S23 FE flagships. While the former debuted the Exynos 2200 chip, the latter was equipped with its enhanced variant paired with a larger cooling chamber.
Samsung won’t fade its reputation just for silly marketing purposes. The Exynos 2400 is a tough competitor to its Qualcomm counterpart, which we haven’t seen in previous generations. Samsung’s enhanced process and yield would benefit it before the S24 FE arrival.
Exynos 2400 used in S24 and S24 Plus features a 10-core architecture. It’s fabricated on Samsung’s 4-nanometer process technology and has 1 core Cortex-X4 at 3210 MHz, 2 cores Cortex-A720 at 2900 MHz, 3 cores Cortex-A720 at 2600 MHz, and 4 cores Cortex-A520 at 1950 MHz.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra to skip stacked battery, 65W charging
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra may not feature a stacked battery and 65W charging. Last April, it was reported that the company is developing advanced battery tech inspired by EVs for its mobile portfolio. However, the plan to bring it to Galaxy reportedly pushed to Galaxy S26 Ultra.
According to a rumor, Samsung canceled bringing stacked battery tech and 65W charging to Galaxy S25 Ultra. Now, it is planned for Galaxy S26 Ultra, which will arrive in 2026. The next Ultra flagship would continue 5000mAh conventional battery and 45W charging support.
Stacked battery tech would mean offering a higher energy density with a different arrangement of the cells. It will unlock even longer battery life for the Galaxy flagships. Meanwhile, Samsung fans won’t see advanced batteries in the flagship arriving next year.
The tipster mentioned that Samsung is skipping the new battery and faster charging in the S25 Ultra to reduce the cost. We’ve seen Chinese manufacturers bringing over 5000mAh battery to their recent flagships, however, Samsung still offers longer battery life.
As Snapdragon going more expensive this year, the South Korean tech giant considering expanding its Exynos to more Galaxies. The Galaxy S25 Ultra may use Snapdragon internationally could also be the reason behind the delay in stacked battery tech.
It seems that it was in the plan, but Samsung changed its mind, wanting to reduce costs and put the stacked battery and 65w charging speed in the S26U.
