Samsung to deliver TikTok app for its smart TVs in the US this year
Back in December 2020, Samsung brought TikTok app to its smart TVs in the European region. The company decided to allow users to download the app from the app store. Moving forward, the Samsung smart TVs now comes pre-installed with the TikTok app across Europe.
Now, as per the latest information, the South Korean tech giant started working to bring the TikTok app to its smart TV owners in the US. This implies that the users in the country will be able to download the app on TV through the app store.
In addition, we can expect that the company will deliver the future smart TVs pre-packed with the TikTok app. Moreover, it is also said that most of the upcoming smart TVs from Samsung will come with the TikTok app in the US later this year as the company’s global partnership with TikTok that recently tipped in the ‘Unbox and Discover event’.

On the other hand, Samsung also hinted that this popular short video app will also come to the other markets in the upcoming months 2021 except India, as this app (including several other Chinese apps) is permanently banned by the Indian Government due to some major security reasons.
Following the recent update to the Samsung Theme Park Good Lock module, several Galaxy users have encountered an issue where icons for key applications like the clock, calendar, and settings disappear. This problem has left users disappointed, especially since they were hoping for improvements with the new update.
Previously, there was a different problem where icons did not display correctly. The hope was that this would improve with the new update. Unfortunately, the situation has worsened as it is causing inconvenience for those using the app.
A community moderator has responded to user issues that the company is aware of the app icons visibility issue, and is planning to fix it in future updates of the Samsung Theme Park app.
However, the moderator also stated that to solve the problem of the app icon background color, which is different from the previous version, the app’s software would need to be updated. This means that users will have to wait longer for this particular fix.
The community moderator has not shared any timeline for this update, Samsung will release the new Theme Park update soon.
“The issue where the live icon is not visible when applying a theme created by a theme park will be corrected by the team in charge and will be improved through updates to the theme park app.
However, please note that the phenomenon in which the app icon background color in the previous apk method is different from the current app icon color requires a S/W app update, so it is expected that it will take time to improve,” said the community moderator.

WhatsApp Beta 2.24.10.13 beta update is rolling out for Android users, which enhances user privacy with a hidden community group chats feature. This feature is currently under development and will be available in future updates.
The new feature of WhatsApp will let users make certain groups invisible within their community chat lists to enhance their control over privacy within the app.
Each hidden group will be easily identified as it will have a special icon next to its name, making it clear to community members that the group is not visible to everyone.
This new feature aims to provide users with more privacy options. It allows hidden participation in group chats, without displaying activity to the entire community. The icon is a simple indicator for users to manage their group chats more effectively.
The Hidden Community Group Chats feature of WhatsApp is mainly useful for community moderators, who will have better tools to manage group privacy and organization. By allowing groups to be hidden, sensitive discussions can be kept confidential.
