Samsung has started rolling out a major One UI 5 Watch update for the Galaxy Watch 4 series in India. The update is based on Google’s Wear OS 4 and it brings new features,  enhancements, and the July 2023 security patch.

One UI 5 Watch update for Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 4 Classic in India can be identified through firmware ending with HWH5. Users will have to download a 1.7GB installtion package size to install the update.

The latest update improves the health and fitness tracking capabilities of the Galaxy Watch devices. It introduces Sleep Coaching and heart rate zones as new features to help users improve their sleep quality and cardio workouts.

Sleep Coaching provides personalized advice and tasks based on the user’s sleep patterns. Heart rate zones show the intensity of the user’s heart activity during cardio exercises. These features help users monitor and optimize their health and wellness.

Moreover, this software adds new watch faces that suit different styles and moods. Some of these watch faces were launched with the Galaxy Watch 6, which is Samsung’s latest smartwatch model.
