YouTube lets you create Shorts videos from viewers’ comments
YouTube also offers short videos just like TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram videos. Now, the company is trying a new thing with some people who use YouTube Shorts on their phones. They can make a new Short using a comment from another video.
According to official information, a new feature of YouTube named “viewer-created shorts featuring comments” is under testing. the person who made the video on YouTube and the person who wrote the comment will not notify if someone makes a Short from their comment.
The person who makes the new Short can see it on their channel and on the YouTube Shorts page. Only some people can see this new thing on their phones.
If someone does not want their comment to be used for a Short, they can turn off comments on their video. YouTube does not say if this new thing will be available for everyone later. YouTube is currently testing this feature, then deciding whether to keep it or not.
