Verizon refreshes an outdated Samsung tablet with its June 2023 software
Launched in 2020, Samsung Galaxy Tab A is getting a new update with the latest June 2023 Android security patch. The new update improves the security, stability, and performance of the device.
Identified via One UI build version T307USQU9CVL5, the June 2023 security update for Samsung Galaxy Tab A is rolling out on the Verizon network in the US. The update is available for locked Galaxy Tab A variants and the company will soon expand this update.

According to official details, June 2023 security patch brings fixes for more than 50 issues including 3 critical and 47 high levels of common vulnerability exposure. The newest Android and One UI software patches ensure the best level of security on your Samsung Galaxy device.
If you are using Galaxy Tab A 8.4-inch in the US, then you can install the update by opening Settings >> Software updates >> Download and install.

Samsung Galaxy S22 gets security boost with May 2024 update
Samsung is enhancing the security of its Galaxy S22 series with the release of the May 2024 security update. This update is currently rolling out in Europe and will soon be available to more countries. This update is based on One UI 6.1.
The new security patch addresses a total of 45 vulnerabilities, including 33 that have been identified by Google. Among these, 3 are labeled as critical and 26 as high-level CVEs. In addition, Samsung has included 25 of its own to enhance the security of the Galaxy devices against potential security threats.
May 2024 security update arrives with One UI build S901BXXSAEXE3 for the Samsung Galaxy S22, S906BXXSAEXE3 for the Galaxy S22 Plus, and S908BXXSAEXE3 for the Galaxy S22 Ultra respectively.
Users are advised to install the update promptly to benefit from the improved security measures. For those who have not received an update notification, the update can be manually checked and installed.
To install the update, open the smartphone’s settings, select ‘Software Update’, and then ‘Download and install’. Following these steps will ensure that your Galaxy smartphone is up-to-date with the latest security patch.

One UI 6.1 update for Galaxy Z Flip 3, Fold 3 rolling out in India
Samsung has pushed the One UI 6.1 update for Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 smartphones in India. The update arrives with several new features and enhancements to make these smartphones more secure, stable, and feature-rich.
