Check how 3rd-party accessories could damage your Samsung smartphone
Samsung strongly recommends using genuine accessories (case/cover/screen protector) on Galaxy devices. Third-party vendors also craft some great smartphone accessories but not all do the same. That’s why, Samsung fans are recommended to avoid 3rd-party accessories on Galaxy smartphone.
Using 3rd-party (non-genuine) accessories on your Samsung Galaxy, you are putting it in big danger such as defective call sound, noise, camera moisture, abnormal focus, low video recording sound, etc. Check how 3rd-party accessories could damage your Samsung smartphone below:
Microphone
Some non-genuine cases (covers) cover the microphone and air vent grooves, so the other party may not hear your voice well or noise may occur. When applying a non-genuine case or cover, please check if the mic (microphone) of your Galaxy smartphone is blocked.
If the problem is not resolved even after taking the above measures, you need to inspect the product including the microphone, receiver, and speaker of your Galaxy. You can also use the Samsung Members app’s self-diagnosis feature to check for abnormalities or problems with the device.
Camera
In case you apply a third-party camera protective film (glass), moisture may occur around the camera, or foreign objects may become trapped. It could cover the mic at the bottom of the camera, resulting in poor sound, poor quality, and out-of-focus when shooting with the camera.
S Pen
However, if you use some non-genuine cases and accessories, which utilize magnetism, it may interfere with S Pen recognition on supported models such as the Galaxy Note lineup and (S22 Ultra / S23 Ultra), and the camera may not operate properly when taking pictures.
SMAPP
You can still use third-party accessories on your Galaxy devices as Samsung operates the SMAPP to support the use of accessories from various partners. Partners that have been certified and verified by Samsung are given the Designed For Samsung logo on the packaging box.

Soon after the debut of the Galaxy S24 series, Samsung launched an accessories line that has been crafted in collaboration with three European artists namely Ricardo Cavolo (Spain), Steven Wilson (UK), and Yeye Weller (Germany).
The accessories lineup for Samsung Galaxy S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra comprises three types of cases. Since these accessories are equipped with NFC (near field communication) technology, they automatically display animations on the screen when attached.

Customers who purchase one of the accessories will also receive a matching Galaxy Watch 6 face as a special gift. The collection is exclusively available for purchase from January 17, starting with 16 countries and extending to more than 20 markets by January 26.
Building on the company’s previous collaboration with contemporary artists, this new line of accessories will further enable users to take advantage of Samsung’s cutting-edge technology while still expressing their sense of style with distinctive art.

The leaked images of Galaxy S24 series cases consist of different kinds of products including transparent, solid-colored, printed, and flip-style. These cases will be available after the official release of Samsung’s new flagships.
Three new flagship Galaxy S series phones will be unveiled this month. It’s also possible that Samsung may bring two new fast chargers for Galaxy devices to its current portfolio.
Tipster @rquandt revealed that Samsung is working on a new Charger Duo 50W with two USB-C wired fast charging ports. In addition, the 45W single-port charger is also getting refreshed, which could come as a new solution.
