Today, Samsung begin dispatching the February 2023 Android security patch updates to its Galaxy devices with Galaxy Note 20 series being the first to grab it. In the meantime, the company is also releasing the January 2023 security update to the rest devices, such as the Samsung Galaxy A13 5G.
The users of Galaxy A13 5G living in Malaysia can now install the January 2023 Android security patch, which brings minor improvements to the device’s performance as well as fixes various issues and errors to maintain the user experience.

The latest software update mainly optimizes the stability and security of the Galaxy smartphone in order to deliver seamless and smoother functionality. Additionally, the company ensures that your private files are kept safely on your phone.
On the other side, Samsung mentions that its January 2023 update also addresses 72 vulnerabilities and exposures that were harming your privacy. 52 of these issue fixes comes from Google’s Android security bulletin whereas, 20 are Galaxy specific that were affecting various One UI apps and services.
Besides these, there is nothing that the latest software update installs on your Galaxy A13 5G. However, a big One UI 5.1 software update is coming soon and it will bring a handful of new features alongside various improvements and customization capabilities. Moving ahead, Samsung has released the January 2023 software update for Galaxy A13 5G with One UI built version A136BXXS2BWA1 in Malaysia. And, you can get access to it through the Software update section in the device’s Settings.

Samsung sending weighty One UI update to 3 Galaxy devices

Samsung is rolling out a huge size update for three of its Galaxy smartphones – Galaxy F62, Galaxy F22, and Galaxy A22. The update brings several improvements to the device’s security, stability, and performance.
