Introduced with the Galaxy S21 series, Director’s View feature allow you to record videos from various angles by changing cameras. You can use your Galaxy smartphone’s front and rear cameras simultaneously to make a view and collect different views.

With Galaxy S22 in the Year 2022, Samsung enhanced this amazing camera feature by adding new features and improvements. The company brought an anti-shake feature for improved blur reduction in videos. In addition, you can save options that allow you to save two videos separately so you can view and edit the videos.
Starting with the Galaxy S22 series smartphone, you can control the PIP camera feature by adjusting the PIP screen size and turn on /off it during dual PIP view recording mode.
Although the director’s view is a very good feature and for someone who likes to record videos, this feature is very useful. However, Director’s View feature can be improved with new options, and Samsung should enhance it further with its next flagship smartphone Samsung Galaxy S23.
To be mentioned, the company is going to launch the Samsung Galaxy S23 series smartphone on February 01, 2023, at Galaxy Unpacked 2023 event.
How to use Director’s View?
You can easily use Samsung Director’s View feature to record everyone’s reactions by just following a few steps. Firstly, open the Samsung Camera app >> More options in Shooting mode >> Tap on Director’s View.
Now, choose the Screen mode, front camera view, and Camera thumbnail that you want. Click on the record button to record the video and then the stop button to save the video in your smartphone’s Gallery app.
In addition, you can pause the recording and can choose the Save option to save two different videos that record through front and back cameras.
Samsung has initiated the release of Android 14-based One UI 6.1 update for the Galaxy A14 5G smartphone. The update is rolling out in some Asian countries including India and Indonesia.
One UI 6.1 update for Samsung Galaxy A14 5G smartphone arrives with One UI build version A146PXXU7DXD3 and an installation package size of 1.6GB. The update is rolling out gradually so it may take hours or days to reach all models.
The update introduces a bundle of enhancements for the Galaxy A14 along with the April 2024 security patch. Notably, it lacks the Galaxy AI features of flagships but comes with amazing capabilities.
Users can now copy and paste objects between images, enjoy improved image clipping, and search within the Gallery app. The video editor allows for playback speed adjustments and project exports for cross-device editing. It also brings new lock screen widgets, customizable alarm alerts with AR Emoji, revamped Calendar app settings section, and more.
Overall the update enhances the Galaxy A14 5G experience with creative editing tools, personalization options, and security enhancements to make it a more versatile and secure device.
To install and install the update, open Settings>> Software Updates >> Download and install.

In addition to South Korea and Germany, Samsung has now launched the Android 14-based One UI 6 Beta in the US. Users of carrier-unlocked or T-Mobile branded Galaxy S23, S23 Plus, or S23 Ultra smartphones can now sign up to get the Beta firmware via OTA.
It’s worth mentioning that the One UI 6 Beta is only available for T-Mobile and carrier-unlocked Galaxy S23 models in the US. This means Verizon, AT&T, US Cellular, and other carrier users have no other option than waiting for the official rollout.
One UI 6 Beta comes with a redesigned Quick Panel, which looks stunning and well-crafted for accessibility. The animations are also tweaked but require further optimization as the current situation of transition effects is not up to the mark.
