Samsung won CX World Awards 2022 for best customer experience
Recently, the service division of Samsung, responsible for supporting and servicing Russian users, received the CX WORLD AWARDS 2022 award for the best customer experience. The company was recognized as the best in the Best Human to Human Customer Experience (H2H) nomination.
And also, Samsung became a laureate in the nomination “Best team of interaction with clients in social networks”. The CX WORLD AWARDS is a market recognized professional award that annually identifies and rewards successful projects, initiatives, strategies, partnerships, products, technologies, improvement, and modernization programs in the Customer Experience (CX) industry.
It is the largest – over 200 nominees and most famous award in the customer experience industry. Samsung organizes the work of the largest network of service centers of the company. There are 344 authorized service centers on the territory of the Russian Federation and the CIS.
Also, the company has more than 40 Samsung Service Plaza – branded mono-brand service centers of a special format. For the convenience and comfort of its users, Samsung is developing new service programs.
Among them: free delivery of the equipment (smartphones) for repair to service centers throughout Russia, Samsung Care+ additional service program, Brand Engineer field service, chat on technical issues, remote equipment setup, as well as video reviews.
