Meanwhile now, the company is releasing another software update for the device and that too installs the January 2022 security patch. Interestingly, this update not only enhances system security but also upgrades 10 stock apps to improve overall device performance.

Moreover, the new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 January 2022 update is released in many Asian and European countries, including Austria, Caucasus countries, Croatia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Macedonia, Nepal, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, the UK, Turkey, and Ukraine.

Samsung has pushed the May 2024 security update for the Galaxy Z Flip 4 smartphone in India. Users can identify the latest update through One UI build version F721BXXS7FXE4.
This update enhances the security and stability of the system by installing the latest Android security patch. It includes fixes for 45 vulnerabilities, which comprise 33 from Google and 12 that are specific to Samsung, including 3 critical and 26 high-level CVEs.
The package size of this update is around 400MB file and requires the smartphone’s software to be up to date before installation.
Following the recent One UI 6.1 update, which introduced new features and improvements, this security patch further optimizes the device’s performance.
Users of the Galaxy Z Flip 4 smartphone can check for the May 2024 update by going to the device’s settings, selecting ‘Software update’, and then ‘Download and Install’. The fresh patch fixes 45 vulnerabilities including 33 from Google. It includes 3 Critical and 26 High-level CVEs. The update also features 25 Samsung-specific fixes. It makes your device more secure and stable.
Earlier this month, this smartphone started receiving the One UI 6.1 update, which is now available on all Fold 4 models. Samsung has rolled out the May 2024 security update for unlocked models of the Galaxy S23 series in the US. This update improves system security and stability to provide a better Galaxy experience.
Unlocked Samsung Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 Plus, and Galaxy S23 Ultra variants are getting the May 2024 security update with One UI build versions S911U1UES3CXD7, S916U1UES3CXD7, and S918U1UES3CXD7 respectively. Users will have to download around 415MB software package to install the update.
The latest security update is already out in India, Europe, and for locked models in the US. The company will soon make it available in more markets. The update is rolling out gradually so it may take some hours or days to reach all models.
To install the update on your smartphone, you just need to navigate toward your Galaxy Settings. Once done, visit the Software update tab and hit the Download and Install button. Let your device connect to the OTA server and allow it to download the new firmware, if there’s any.
