Samsung is designed One UI 3.1.1 to enhance the user experience of mobile device owners with add-ons such as Drag & Split, Natural Window Switch, Windows Multi-Active Window, Cover Screen Mirroring, and more.

Adding to this, Samsung’s latest Android Software layer for One UI 3.1.1 has also updated a number of emojis that were previously available, with these new designs and available for selected devices using One UI 3.1.

Samsung One UI 3.1.1 does not include any new emojis from Emoji 13.1 recommendations of late 2020, such as Heart on Fire and Face with Spiral Eyes. The selection of modified emoji designs on Samsung One UI 3.1.1 is highlighted below.

  • Ogre has shorter hair, a smaller nose, and teeth, but slightly larger horns.
  • Goblin is now facing to the left, with neater eyebrows and facial hair.
  • White Flower does not include any dots within its now-reshaped central petals.
  • Bento Box’s bottom right rice portion now has two colorful toppings instead of one.
  • Mobile Phone now resembles the vendor’s Galaxy S series of devices.
  • Camera with Flash now has its lense off-center and a button along the top of the device.

Samsung is the only Android company to send phones using its own custom emoji font that differs from the set of emojis provided by Google. Some Android phones still use emoji from Google unless the phone is Samsung.

Samsung’s emojis are glamorous and sometimes more detailed than those from Google. Some apps have their own custom emoji designs, including Facebook, Twitter, and WhatsApp.

Samsung announced its AI influencer SAM will participate in the BGS (Brazil Game Show) 2024. BGS is the largest videogame event in Latin America. The event this set to take place from October 9th to 13th in SĆ£o Paulo, Brazil.

SAM will be available for visitors letting them interact with it through various activities and actions. Adding to this, the AI influencer will be present in various modalities at the Samsung booth during the fair.

Watch Out

At the Watch Out game, SAM will compete alongside gamers. Developed with machine learning technology, Samsung’s Watch Out uses advanced artificial intelligence to work with intelligent agents trained to simulate SAM’s actions in real-time.

During the game, competitors must dodge obstacles and collect as many Galaxy Rings as possible to win. Later, SAM reacts to the player’s actions, offering a direct interaction experience between gamers and their 3D avatar.
