Moreover, this upcoming smartphone with the same model number was previously spotted on WFA (Wi-Fi Alliance) website exposing its single and dual-SIM capabilities.
Galaxy S20 FE: Specs [Expected]
If we look at the other models of the Galaxy S20 FE then it is quite easy to tell the specifications for its upcoming 4G variant, as it’s just the same phone that we have seen earlier. So it could be featuring a 6.5-inch FHD+ sAMOLED display, 12MP+12MP+8MP triple-camera setup, and much more.
Other usual features will include, an in-display fingerprint reader, stereo speakers, IP68 rating, USB Type-C port, and 4,500mAh battery including a 25W fast charger.
Launch And Availability
By taking a look at the recent trend, Samsung is expected to launch the new Galaxy S20 FE 4G with Snapdragon 865 and Android 11 very soon. Meanwhile, its other variants are already available in various regions so it will be quite eminent that this will only be shipped in few markets.

Samsung Galaxy S25 FE outguns S25 Edge with Telephoto camera, leak reveals

Samsung Galaxy S25 FE will retain full camera hardware, including a Telephoto sensor. The recently launched Galaxy S25 Edge is impressively slim but dropped a dedicated zoom sensor and significant juice from the battery pack.
A new report from GalaxyClub reveals the Telephoto camera of the Galaxy S25 FE. While the leaked detail has nothing to surprise, the Fan Edition is set to keep the advantage over Samsung’s slim and pricier Edge variant.
It’s reported that the Galaxy S25 FE will bring an 8-megapixel Telephoto camera. The sensor will deliver 3x optical and up to 30x digital zoom. It’s a boring input as we’ve been seeing the same image sensor for record fourth time in a row.
Similar to the Galaxy S24 FE, Samsung’s upcoming S25 FE may have a 50-megapixel primary, 12-megapixel ultrawide, and an 8-megapixel Telephoto camera. Samsung may improve the photography experience with AI-powered camera features.

Samsung Galaxy S24 FE Camera Specs
The same source broke the news about an upgraded selfie camera. The Galaxy S25 FE is expected to match parent models with a new 12MP front camera. That said, only front camera is getting upgraded to a new solution, others are intact.
Geekbench listing revealed that the Galaxy S25 FE could be powered by the Exynos 2400 chip globally. It’s a minor upgrade over the S24 FE’s Exynos 2400, but delivers decent performance, battery life and AI capabilities.
As for the other cameras, the Galaxy S25 FE should feature a 50MP main shooter and a 12MP ultrawide lens. Samsung is also saving a processor upgrade for another day — the Galaxy S24 FE’s Exynos 2400e chip will power the S25 FE as well.

Samsung says Galaxy S25 Edge was in development since 2023, not inspired by iPhone 17 Air

The launch timeline of the Galaxy S25 Edge and iPhone 17 Air makes us believe that Samsung and Apple’s slim phones are influenced by each other. However, Samsung’s official statement doesn’t align with what we all assume.
Galaxy S25 Edge went official this week, with US sales set to start later this month. Samsung’s new slim flagship sits between the S25 Plus and S25 Ultra in terms of pricing and specs, but sleek design comes at the cost of battery and Telephoto.
Apple hasn’t yet announced the iPhone 17 Air, but it’s highly likely to be introduced this September. The device is unlikely to come out as a new segment, but replace the Plus model, which typically sells less than the other models.
Galaxy S25 Edge idea hasn’t “just arrived”
Samsung’s Kadesh Beckford stated that the Galaxy S25 Edge belongs to an idea that came in 2023, via Forbes. The executive claimed to have info about this device category at the time of Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Z Flip5.
While no one demanded a sleek phone, Samsung revealed a portion of users want Ultra specifications without a bulky build or design. It inspired the developers to innovate a featherlight and slim device with monster specifications.
The creation of Galaxy S25 Edge required intense tailoring of internal components. Engineers were required to revisit the component strategy so a 200-megapixel camera, decent battery, and large display could be fitted in a thinner chassis.

Also, the Galaxy S25 Edge landed in the market before the iPhone 17 Air. Rumors point to major specs differences between both devices, indicating that Samsung’s slim model has a sharp edge over Apple’s in terms of key specifications.

Samsung Galaxy S25 FE Chip: Exynos or Snapdragon mystery solved

Samsung’s next Fan Edition smartphone may end up frustrating many due to its chip choice. Latest developments almost solve the chip mystery of the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE, the device is going to be equipped with an “old Exynos” silicon.
Recently, a Galaxy S25 FE was spotted on Geekbench with an Exynos 2400 processor. The model that benchmarked online was a US variant, paired with 8GB of RAM and running the unreleased One UI 8 software built on Android 16.
Why did I say the chip mystery is solved?
After the Galaxy S25 series ignored Exynos 2500, it was anticipated that Samsung’s 3nm chip could be used in the Galaxy S25 FE. Later, the silicon was rumored to be considered for a new affordable Galaxy Z Flip model.
A few days back, it was revealed that Samsung reportedly started mass production of the Galaxy Z Flip 7 with the Exynos 2500 chipset. In addition, the Fan Edition foldable is likely to come with a different chipset, which may not be Exynos.
Following reports and rumors pointed to the MediaTek chip on the Galaxy S25 FE. It made a mix of chip choices for the new Fan Edition phone, which has just been solved with the Geekbench listing of the phone’s US carrier variant.

Samsung Galaxy S24 FE
The Exynos 2400e chip was first used in the S24 FE. It’s the first time Samsung is retaining a mobile SoC in its Galaxy S device. Built on a 4nm process, the Exynos 2400e is an underclocked variant of the Exynos 2400 used in the S24 series.
In the Geekbench test, the Galaxy S25 FE with Exynos 2400, 8GB RAM, and Android 16 scored 2064 and 6899 points in single-core and multi-core tests, respectively. The phone is almost confirmed to use Exynos 2400, not Exynos 2400e, around the world.

Apple gears up for 20th Anniversary iPhone – It might be Samsung’s biggest threat yet

Apple is working on a new iPhone for 2027, celebrating 20 years of the iPhone. This special launch could bring big changes and might make it tough for Samsung to keep up.
Back in 2017, Apple marked the iPhone’s 10th year with the iPhone X. It had a new OLED screen, Face ID, and no home button. The 2027 iPhone could bring similar big updates.
ETNews reports that Apple plans to use a new chip for the screen called a 16nm FinFET DDI. It’s better than the current 28nm chip and saves power, which is important for AI features.
This new chip could mean a fresh screen design. Apple will soon talk with Samsung Display and LG Display, which make iPhone screens, to plan these changes.
Apple is also looking at pure silicon batteries. These use silicon instead of graphite to hold more power, so the phone lasts longer. This could beat Samsung’s phones.
Another idea is an under-display camera, or UDC. It hides the camera under the screen for a cleaner look. Samsung has tried this, but Apple might do it better.
Apple is exploring four-sided bending screens, too. These would have no edges, making a full-screen phone. This could make Samsung’s foldable phones less special.
An expert said Apple waits until new tech is ready to give users the best experience. But for the 20th anniversary, Apple might try bold ideas, like with the iPhone X.
The phone’s changes are already affecting suppliers. Samsung, which makes phones and supplies Apple’s screens, will need to step up to match Apple’s plans. This 2027 iPhone could set new standards for phones, potentially taking sales from Samsung.

Samsung showcases Polygon Foldable concept with bold design, Cybertruck vibes

At Display Week 2025, Samsung showcased a striking concept phone: the Polygon Foldable. This device, with its unique metallic design, caught attention for its bold aesthetic, giving vibes of Tesla’s Cybertruck.
Samsung has a history of experimenting with bold concepts. The Polygon Foldable joins this tradition, pushing boundaries with its Cybertruck-like aesthetic.
While it’s unlikely to hit shelves, it shows Samsung’s willingness to explore new ideas.
The Samsung Polygon Foldable concept stands out with its angular, metallic body. It has a hefty, solid feel that adds to its premium vibe, and this weight comes from its mostly metal construction, which gives it a distinctive look.
Samsung allowed hands-on access at the event (via AndroidAuthority), revealing a smaller front display due to the phone’s design. While this might not suit everyone, the trade-off is a visually striking device that feels sturdy and well-crafted in hand.

The report says that the user interface on both internal and external displays felt unpolished, with some glitches. The external cameras were also non-functional, displaying the screen underneath instead of capturing images.
It’s more about showcasing Samsung’s foldable display technology than delivering a market-ready device. It highlights what’s possible with innovative design, but the rough software and fake cameras suggest it’s a prototype.
If you’re wondering to upgrade to a foldable smartphone, Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip 6 or Z Fold 6 are solid choices. They offer polished performance and proven technology, unlike the experimental Polygon Foldable.
