Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 lineup gets March 2021 security update

The Galaxy Tab S7 is the latest flagship tablet lineup offering from Samsung. This lineup includes two models – Galaxy Tab S7 and Tab S7+ with different network connectivity variants.

After directly bringing the One UI 3.1 with Android 11 update, the South Korean tech giant has also rolled out a feature-packed software update in order to increase productivity.

Now, according to the information, these Tab S7 tablets have started getting the latest Android and One UI patches released in March 2021. The new security update helps the device to stay protected against 26 high and 4 critical levels of CVEs.

Other than the security improvements, there are no new features and optimizations to be noted. However, it is an initial rollout so it may be expanded in the coming days, till then you can check for the update manually by following the steps given below.

How to update?

  • Open device Settings
  • Select Software updates
  • Tap on Download and install.
