Samsung NotiStar One UI 7 app

Samsung has released a new update for its NotiStar app with version 7.0.17.0. The update includes an important fix that will improve how the app works for many users.

The fresh update fixes a problem where notification permissions would reset every time the phone was restarted. This meant users might not receive notifications properly after a reboot.

With the new update, the notification issue has been resolved. Now, your notification settings will stay the same, even if you restart your device.

NotiStar is a Samsung’s Good Lock module for notification customization of apps. It helps users manage their notifications more effectively. The app lets you keep track of past notifications, search through them, and filter them by apps or keywords.

Samsung Good Lock One UI 7 app

Samsung has released a new update for its Good Lock app after it launched the app in more countries around the world. Good Lock is an amazing app for Samsung phones that lets users change and customize how their phone looks and works.

Before, only people in a few countries could use it, but now it’s available to more users through the Google Play Store. After the global launch, many people noticed that some popular modules in the app were missing or not working.

Samsung quickly noticed the issue of missing modules in the app and has now fixed it to provide a smoother experience. The modules that are now back and working include Home Up, ClickFace, NotiStar, MultiStar, and Display Assistant (Beta).

Now, users of the eligible Galaxy devices can download these modules without any issue. They can now easily find and install modules to use new functions.

At the same time, Samsung has also removed three modules – Galaxy to Share, Dropship, and RegiStar. These were only meant for users in South Korea, and it looks like they were added to the global version by mistake. This means that these modules might not be released globally.

Even though those three are no longer available, most users will be happy to see the main modules working again. Samsung aims to give a better experience to users everywhere with these updates.

Samsung Good Lock

Samsung is planning to release a new update for its Good Lock app after some Galaxy users noticed a strange issue. The issue confused many users as it removed one of the important options.

Recently, after updating the Good Lock app, many users found that the Terrace menu was missing. Normally, there are three menus at the bottom of the app – Terrace, Plugins, and You. But after the update, Terrace disappeared for some people.

Many users were worried and wondered why the Terrace menu disappeared. A Samsung community moderator explained that this problem happens when the app has a problem connecting to the internet. If the network doesn’t work properly, the Terrace menu might not show up.

Moreover, the moderator mentioned that Samsung has already fixed this issue and will include the solution in the next update of the Good Lock app. So, users just need to wait a little for the update to arrive.

In the meantime, Samsung shared a quick tip that might help. If you see the Terrace menu is missing, try a quick fix. For that, close the Good Lock app completely (swipe it away from the recent apps screen) >> Open the app again. This might help the menu appear again.

Samsung is working hard to fix the problem with the new update. Once the new update is out, everything should go back to normal. Until then, try restarting the app.

Samsung Good Lock One UI 7 app

Samsung could soon release two useful Good Lock modules to more users around the world. These two modules are Galaxy To Share and Dropship. So far, these two Good Lock modules have only been available in South Korea, and the company is reportedly planning to expand them to Samsung devices globally.

Recently, some Galaxy users in other countries saw these features appear on their phones. On a Galaxy S24 Ultra running One UI 7 Beta 6 in India, both Galaxy to Share and Dropship showed up (via KeepUPwithOneUI) briefly in the Good Lock app before disappearing again.

Some users on older phones also saw them for a short time. It hints that Samsung may be working to make these two Good Lock modules available globally.

Notably, Galaxy to Share (GTS) lets users share their personalized phone settings, like themes, clocks, and home screen layouts, with other Galaxy devices. On the other hand, Dropship is a file-sharing tool. It allows you to send photos, videos, and files easily, even to people who don’t use a Samsung device.

Samsung hasn’t made any official announcement yet. We don’t know if this was just a test or a mistake, but it gives a strong hint that a global release may be coming soon. For now, we’ll have to wait and watch for future announcements from Samsung or the Good Lock team.
