One of the top U.S. carriers, Verizon sending a new software update to its locked Samsung Galaxy 5G compatible devices which installs its 5G Nationwide access.
According to the information, the update mainly brings 5G Nationwide access to Samsung Galaxy devices, compatible with 5G connectivity. Now you will see a 5G icon when you’re in a 5G Nationwide coverage area. Verizon’s 5G Nationwide is available in 1,800+ cities.
These Samsung phones started supporting Verizon 5G Nationwide access:
- Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G
- Galaxy Note 20 5G
- Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G
- Galaxy S20+ 5G
- Galaxy S20 5G
- Galaxy A71 5G UW
- Galaxy A51 5G UW
More 5G capable phones will support the new network in the coming days/weeks with a software update. Recently, we’ve reported that the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra devices receiving a new software update which brings devices a 5G Nationwide access.
