Samsung is reportedly getting closer to releasing the stable version of One UI 9 for the Galaxy S24 series. The company is currently testing One UI 9 Beta on the Galaxy S24 lineup and some other Galaxy devices.

Now, a new One UI 9 software build has been spotted for the Galaxy S24 series. The new firmware carries the build number S928BXXU6EZIA. The software development has moved through the builds EZI8 to EZIA. The latest EZIA build shows that Samsung is continuing to work on One UI 9 for the Galaxy S24 series.

This new build does not confirm that the stable update will be released next. However, it could be a sign that Samsung is getting closer to completing the software and preparing the final version.

Samsung normally tests several builds before releasing a major software update to users. Due to this, Galaxy S24 owners may still receive more beta builds before the stable version is ready.

For now, Samsung has not shared an official release date for stable One UI 9. Still, the latest EZIA build is a positive sign and suggests that stable One UI 9 development is moving forward for the Galaxy S24 series.

Samsung has now opened One UI 9 Beta Program for Galaxy A35. This follows the recent expansion to Galaxy A55, which followed Galaxy A57, Galaxy A56, and Galaxy A36.

Owners of eligible Galaxy A35 models in South Korea can now join the Beta Program. Open Samsung Members app > One UI Beta banner > Enroll in the testing program > Download the ZZH5 firmware update.

Expanded to Galaxy A55

Days after opening One UI 9 Beta for Galaxy A36 and A56, Samsung has now launched the Beta Program for Galaxy A55. Users of the Galaxy Quantum 5 are confirming that the Beta testing sign-ups are now open in South Korea.

Notably, Samsung has included the September 2026 security patch in the Beta of Galaxy A55. The firmware weighs 2130 megabytes, with the PDA build version ending with ZZI1.

Expanded to Galaxy A36

Samsung’s One UI 9 Beta 1 update is now live for the Galaxy A36 5G. This update lets users try out new features ahead of the official release. The update is now live for users in India.

Users can verify the One UI 9 Beta update for Galaxy A36 via A366EXXUCZZHI. The installation package size of the update is around 2.3GB.

Launched for Galaxy A56

Samsung has started the One UI 9 Beta Program for the Galaxy A56. This comes after the company launched the beta program for the Galaxy A57. Now, Galaxy A56 users can also try the new One UI 9 software before its official release.

One UI 9 Beta 1 is now available for eligible Galaxy A56 users. This means users can install the new software and experience some of the features and changes that Samsung is preparing for the future.

One UI 9.0 brings several improvements to Galaxy phones. It includes design changes, better performance, new features, and improvements to Samsung apps. However, users should remember that this is a beta version. Some features may not work properly, and users could face bugs or other problems.

Samsung has begun rolling out the second One UI 9.0 beta update for the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7. It is currently available in South Korea, and Samsung is expected to release it in more countries soon.

The second beta update comes about one week after the first One UI 9.0 beta. This update mainly brings new features and bug fixes. Samsung has worked on several problems to make the phones more stable and easier to use.

The new update adds some new AI features. Samsung has also fixed errors with Bixby Vision translation. The Contacts app should now work better, as Samsung has fixed a problem that could make the app crash. The company has also improved Wi-Fi performance and fixed unexpected connection drops.

For the Galaxy Z Fold 7, Samsung has fixed a screen problem where opening the phone sometimes showed only the cover screen. The main screen should now appear correctly. Samsung has also fixed a problem with gaming controllers that could not connect.

Eligible beta users can check for the update by opening Settings > Software update > Download and install. If the update is not available yet, users may need to wait until Samsung releases it in their country. More regions are expected to receive the second beta soon.

Samsung officially released the September 2026 patch details, which include up to 90 security improvements for Galaxy devices. The patch brings fixes from Google, Samsung Semiconductor, and Samsung’s software system.
