Samsung is working on its next premium smartphone lineup, with a new rumor signalling a major overhaul. In a major shift, Samsung appears to be planning to launch the Galaxy S27 Ultra flagship in two sizes in 2027.

The Korean tech giant is also working on the Galaxy S27 Pro. Fans have assumed that it will compete with Apple’s iPhone Pro, while the Galaxy S27 Ultra would be positioned against the iPhone Pro Max flagship.

Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra could arrive in two sizes

Sonny Dickson, famous for his leaks, has posted two CAD renders of the possible Galaxy S27 Ultra design, mentioning the fact that the device could arrive in two different sizes.

The CAD-based renders are painted in Orange and Gray colors for easier differentiation. The sizes of the models are not easily traceable until you compare them side-by-side.

What’s more, Samsung insider IceUniverse quoted the post, agreeing with what Sonny Dickson assumed in his original post: the Galaxy S27 Ultra could have two different size variants.

Ice supported the claim, saying the positioning of the side key and volume rockers is different in both CAD  pictures, which is “puzzling.”

The CADs show a prominent camera bump on the back of the Galaxy S27 Ultra. Though it is not final, Samsung has long been rumored to be considering such a design to improve internal structure and elevate hardware components.

The alleged design would finally make it possible to install built-in Qi2 charging magnets. Samsung may also utilize the vacated space to pack a larger battery cell, ranging around 5,700mAh.

Well, these are early leaks supported by inputs from industry sources. This can’t be considered the final design language, as it includes a significant shift in terms of design, which Samsung does very rarely.

Samsung could bring a significant design overhaul to the Galaxy S27 Ultra, while the Galaxy S27 Pro could keep the Ambient Design legacy, as revealed in early CAD and AI-based images.

The source went a step ahead and had a realistic picture of the Galaxy S27 Ultra generated using artificial intelligence, which is based on the CAD render.

The image shows that the Galaxy S27 Pro could keep the vertical camera design. Samsung may bring a new real panel design to the Galaxy S27 Ultra. It could adopt an iPhone 17 Pro-like camera bump, seizing a large portion of the back.

The camera bump features two camera sensors vertically, with the third sensor following, attached with an LED flash. The remaining area on the back remains empty.

Samsung may have been testing different prototypes of the Galaxy S27 series. They might have included models with different specifications and designs. However, the final design could be confirmed internally later.

For now, take these renders with a pinch of salt, as they may be final or dropped during evaluation.

Samsung’s Galaxy S27 series is still months away, but several rumors have already started appearing online. The leaks suggest that Samsung could focus more on software, AI, and connectivity rather than making big changes to the phone’s hardware.

Tipster @Kro_roe shared some changes and new features that could come with the Galaxy S27 series. The biggest changes could be One UI 9.5. Samsung is reportedly working on several new features for its next software version. The update could make Galaxy phones smarter and easier to use.

The Galaxy S27 series may also get Galaxy AI 2.0. Samsung could add more AI tools and bring features that are already available on other smartphones to Galaxy devices. However, some advanced AI features could become paid services in the future. This could upset some users.

Satellite communication is another feature. The Galaxy S27 Ultra and S27 Pro could support satellite connectivity. Also, the Galaxy S27 series could bring improvements to NFC. Better hardware placement may improve NFC reception and make payments and other connections more reliable.

Samsung is also rumored to improve MST, which could make transactions faster and improve the area used to recognize payment terminals. There is also hope that the regular Galaxy S27 will finally get UWB. Samsung has kept UWB mainly for its more expensive models, but newer Galaxy devices show that the technology can work with Exynos chips.

Samsung may also change the phone’s internal structure and outer design to reduce condensation problems. The company could aim for a cleaner and more premium look. These are just leaks, so we can take them with a pinch of salt for now. Stay tuned for more information.

Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S26 FE may come with a useful free offer. A leaked promotional poster shared by tipster @evleaks says buyers could get six months of Google AI Pro for free with the smartphone.

The offer is said to be worth €132. It will also include 5TB of Google cloud storage. Users can use this storage for photos, videos, documents and other files.

Google AI Pro gives users access to more AI features and extended access to Google’s Gemini tools. This could be useful for people who use AI regularly for work, study or everyday tasks.

According to the leaked information, the offer will be available until August 2, 2027, at 8:59 AM. However, the offer may not be available in every country. Samsung already confirmed the launch of the Galaxy S26 FE on August 27.

There is also an important condition. After the free six-month trial ends, Google AI Pro will cost €21.99 per month. Users can cancel the subscription at any time if they do not want to pay for it.

The leaked terms also mention that returning the Galaxy S26 FE could lead to cancellation of the Google AI Pro subscription. Samsung has not officially confirmed this offer yet, so it should be treated as leaked information for now.

If Samsung confirms the deal, the free six-month Google AI Pro subscription and 5TB of storage could make the Galaxy S26 FE a more attractive option for buyers. More details about the phone’s price, specifications and launch date are expected later.

Zack Nelson is back with another video, this time the Pixel 11 Pro bend and durability test. Google’s new foldable phone, and a main Galaxy Z Fold 8 competitor in the US, has failed the bend test like its predecessors.

The durability test involved scratch resistance, dust and mud on the screen and the hinge, as well as a flame test. The majority of outcomes were similar to Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 8, showcasing hardware-driven resilience.
