At MWC 2024, Samsung Electronics displayed the Galaxy Ring and now a recent report suggests that this upcoming wearable device will enter into mass production in May 2024. Simultaneously, the Korean tech giant is expected to adjust Galaxy Ring production depending on market response.

As per the information, Samsung is planning to begin the mass production of the Galaxy Ring in May 2024 with an estimated units of 400,000 initially. Furthermore, it is expected that there will be no disruption in response even if demand exceeds expectations, as the firm has no shortage of special parts.

Moving on, this smart ring is a wearable device that is worn like a ring and will be released in 8 to 9 sizes, because it can accurately measure body information only when the user wears it according to the thickness of the finger offering a more precise result and a touch of elegance to style.

The smart ring comes with various sensors that will let you check your physical and health information using a smartphone app. It is highly likely that the Galaxy Ring that will be released this time will be a ‘wellness’ type product without any medical device function.

Consequently, the Galaxy Ring is expected to be unveiled in July 2024 at the Galaxy Unpacked Event along with Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 phones and then released as early as August.

Samsung Care+ is a stunning service that users can combine with the device while purchasing. In a recent development, Samsung announced Galaxy users will now be able to raise two claims per year.

The Samsung Care+ program now covers two claims per year in India. The new policy applies to all kinds of Care+ plans that include Accidental and Liquid Damage Protection and Screen Protection only. Previously, it covered two claims within two years.

It’s a pretty significant decision the company has taken given consumer satisfaction. We’ve observed cases of consumer dissatisfaction with authorized Samsung centers and staff assigned there. They either lack idea about the latest flagship products or delay unusually.

The company offers the Care+ subscription for free with flagship devices in select countries. Paying a one-time fee, you can raise a claim at authorized Samsung service centers.

It ensures your Galaxy device is repaired through an official channel at a minimal cost. Samsung’s Care+ program is available for smartphones, laptops, tablets, and other devices.
