Samsung One UI 6 is now available for Galaxy S23 series users through the Beta Program. The Android 14-based One UI 6 comes with new features, user interface tweaks, a new Quick Panel, and a default font. You can get the default One UI 6 font on your Samsung device by following some tricky steps.

With new One UI 6 software, powered by Android 14, Samsung will bring a new default font with a more stylish and modern feel. You’ll see the new font if the default font is selected in Settings. If you’re using a different font, you’ll still see that font after upgrading to One UI 6.

Get custom font using zFont

  • Let’s start by opening your file browser. Create a folder in the main directory called Fonts. The main directory should be the one where your Download folder is.
  • Use your file browser again to find your downloaded TTF file. Copy and paste it into the Fonts folder.
  • Open zFont and tap the Local option in the bottom right corner. Tap the green plus button and select the Add file option. Navigate to your Fonts folder and select the TTF file.
  • The font should appear in the Local section of zFont. Tap the font and then tap the Apply button. When prompted, tap the Auto (Recommended) option and hit Done.
    • On Samsung devices, you have to install SamsungSans, apply it, sign in to your Samsung account, back up your Settings data, and then uninstall SamsungSans.
  • Luckily, zFont lets you tap each prerequisite to take you to the proper screen to get all of that done. Take your time, and follow the directions exactly and in order.
