Samsung Device Care update brings Android 14 support and bug fixes
Samsung Device Care app is getting a new update for Galaxy devices, which comes with Android 14 support. The new update can be identified via version 13.8.00.7 and users will have to download a 15.67 MB package to install the update.
The new update brings enhanced functions and minor bug fixes to improve the user experience. However, the changelog of this update does not contain any new features or changes but surely enhances the performance.
Most importantly, the Samsung Device Care app update gets Android 14 support for the Device Care app. It means that the app works well on the latest Android OS. To be mentioned, the update is compatible with Galaxy devices running Android 14 based One UI 6 Beta, which is currently only available for Galaxy S23 series users.

- All: Users can get notifications for every message in the group.
- Relevant to Me: They will receive only important ones like mentions and replies.
In this way, users can easily manage large groups as the features help to reduce unnecessary messages. This change is particularly helpful for those in large groups.
Additionally, the new notification activity screen will help explain how muting group chats works. Currently, some users find it confusing when they still receive notifications from muted groups.
The new feature aims to make this clearer as it allows users to see exactly what types of notifications they can still receive, even when a group is muted.
