Samsung announced that BTS’s Suga became the first user of the Galaxy Z Fold 5. Held for the first time in Seoul, the Unpacked event “saw extra excitement and wonder to the already awe-inspiring event when one of our favorites, #Suga of @BTS_twt, came to #JoinTheFlipSide,” the post read.

In addition, Samsung also posted a picture of TM Roh and Suga, posing with the Galaxy Z Fold 5 smartphone together. It seems that Suga received the latest device when he attended the Galaxy Unpacked event held at Coex, in southern Seoul, Wednesday.

Notably, the South Korean tech giant maintained close ties with BTS, with the band appearing in promotional videos and photos for its flagship phones. On Tuesday, Samsung also gave an honorary employee ID card to Suga as a member of the “Galaxy marketing team” with a letter and bouquet.

Samsung Care+ Saudi Arabia

Samsung Care+ is a stunning service that users can combine with the device while purchasing. In a recent development, Samsung announced Galaxy users will now be able to raise two claims per year.

The Samsung Care+ program now covers two claims per year in India. The new policy applies to all kinds of Care+ plans that include Accidental and Liquid Damage Protection and Screen Protection only. Previously, it covered two claims within two years.

It’s a pretty significant decision the company has taken given consumer satisfaction. We’ve observed cases of consumer dissatisfaction with authorized Samsung centers and staff assigned there. They either lack idea about the latest flagship products or delay unusually.

The company offers the Care+ subscription for free with flagship devices in select countries. Paying a one-time fee, you can raise a claim at authorized Samsung service centers.

It ensures your Galaxy device is repaired through an official channel at a minimal cost. Samsung’s Care+ program is available for smartphones, laptops, tablets, and other devices.
