April 2023 security update reaches Samsung Galaxy S22 in Brazil
Samsung Galaxy S22 series started receiving the April 2023 security patch in early April and then the company expanded it to more Galaxy devices. Now in mid-April 2023, the company is rolling out this latest update for Samsung Galaxy S22 devices in Brazil.
April 2023 security update is already available in Europe, the US, South Korea, and India. Samsung will soon make it available for all Galaxy S22, Galax S22 Plus, and Galaxy S22 Ultra devices.

The latest firmware brings stability improvements, bug fixes, and feature enhancements to deliver a better performance. Most importantly, it installs April 2023 patch to enhance system security by fixing a bunch of common vulnerability exposures including but not limited to 5 Critical, 46 High, and 1 Moderate level CVEs.
Aside from this, the company has also added a new gallery feature to Galaxy S22 smartphones which is Image Clipper. Through the new feature, you can cut out an object or thing from a photo from the background and share the separated object of the image by saving it.
Following One UI 6.1.1, Samsung Galaxy S23 FE users have started getting a fresh update with the October 2024 security patch. The new update fixes several vulnerabilities to enhance the security of the device.
October 2024 security update for Samsung Galaxy S23 FE is rolling out in some Asian countries and will expand soon. Users can verify the update through One UI build version S711BXXS5DXI3.
