Samsung is dispatching the Android 13-based One UI 5.0 update for the Galaxy A51 smartphone users in India. The update brings a handful of new features along with various improvements over One UI 4.1.
Going by the official changelog, the One UI 5.0 software comes with a stack widgets feature to let you create a group of widgets by just dragging and dropping. There are new swipe gestures to open any apps in a split-screen view or pop-up window.
Moreover, the update also adds Notification permission, Per-app language, Lockdown mode, the ability to turn off the RAM Plus feature, a new Camera watermark, improved picture editing tools in the Gallery, Extract text from images, and more.
The update further lets users customize their lock screen in different ways, you can now personalize wallpaper, clock style, notification settings, and more, with live preview all in one place.
The company brings more wallpaper choices with the improved Wallpaper and Style section. In addition, it’s now easy to find the right theme for your phone with 16 color palettes and basic colors.
At the same time, managing useful settings is also getting easier with new Connected devices, Modes and Routines, and Security and Privacy menus in the Settings.
Other than these major changes, the latest update also brings the October 2022 Android security patch. It’s worth noting that other Galaxy users are already installing the December 2022 Android security patch update all over the world.

Samsung’s Android 13/One UI 5.0 update released for Galaxy M21 (2021)
The company is releasing this major update with a handful of new features, countless improvements, and various customization abilities. At the same time, Samsung is also revamping the user interface of the Galaxy M21 (2021) smartphone with the One UI 5.0 update.

Additionally, the update installs Per-app languages, a new Smart Suggestion widget, the ability to disable RAM Plys, three new Settings menus including Connected devices, Modes and Routines and Security and Privacy, Smart Text Extraction, and much more.
Samsung Keyboard, Samsung DeX, Notifications, Accessibility, and many other compartments are also witnessing multiple improvements and new functions. Whereas, the Camera app is getting a new Picture Watermark feature, a Help guide, improved Single Take, and other features.
Furthermore, the company has slightly tweaked the user interface, made the app icons bolder, and made screen transitions smoother with improved animations. You will see some improvements in the Notification panel and Quick settings panel.
Whereas, the Recent menu now shows apps that are running in the background, which is convenient to know what apps are draining your battery.

According to a Samsung members community moderator, the One UI 5.1 update has improved the processing speed of the AI eraser function. It will help users get the perfect results in no time. Additionally, the company has also improved the resolution, image quality, and other AI eraser editing tools.
How to use Galaxy AI Eraser
How to erase objects :
You first need to visit “Samsung Gallery” and open the “photo” you want to edit, Next, tap on the “Edit icon” and then visit the “More” options. Now tap on “AI Eraser”, select the object to erase, and finally, tap “Done” when you are satisfied with the editing.
How to erase shadows :
Shadow erase automatically distinguishes between shadows to be erased and shadows to be discarded, and image quality has also been improved after shadow erase is applied. However, variations may occur depending on photo characteristics, such as shooting conditions.
To use this function, head over to “Samsung Gallery”, Select a photo and tap on the “Edit” option. Now tap on the “More” option and then tap “AI Eraser”. Now tap on “Shadow Erase”, finally erase the shadow and click “Done”.
How to clear light reflections:
Just like the other two editing features, to clear light reflections, you need to open the Picture you want to edit in the Gallery app. Tap on the Edit icon >> More options ?? AI Erase. Now tap on “Light Reflection Erase”, erase the unwanted light reflection and tap “Done”.
