Aside from these, the official changelog for this update only mentions minor security enhancements that further ensure that your files and data are saved safely on your phone. At the same time, the update also improves system stability to protect your phone from annoying errors like app crashing, lagging, freezing, low loading, etc.

Furthermore, you can identify the fresh Galaxy S21, S21+, and S21 Ultra firmware through the One UI build version G991BXXS5DWA4, G996BXXS5DWA4, and G998BXXS5DWA4, serially. It is currently rolling out in Germany, Europe, however, it might also reach other countries in the coming time.

One UI 5.1 underway for Galaxy S21:

Samsung already started testing the One UI 5.1 software for Galaxy S21 phones so when users install it on their phones, they won’t face any major issues. We are continuously detecting One UI 5.1 test builds of Galaxy S21 phones on the CheckFirm app, which suggests that the company is trying its best to maintain the stability of the software.

It’s worth mentioning that Samsung will introduce the One UI 5.1 software alongside the Galaxy S23 series on February 1. After this, the older flagship phones will start getting this update and Galaxy S21 is expected to catch it in February itself.
