How to measure Body Composition:
To measure body composition on your Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 5, you first need to go to the ‘Apps’ section on your wearable. Now head over to the ‘Samsung Health app’ and tap on the ‘Body composition option.
Next, hit the ‘Measure’ button, enter your ‘Weight’ and tap ‘Confirm’. It’s worth mentioning that you will also have to input your ‘Height’ and ‘Gender’ when measuring body composition for the first time.
Now place your middle and ring fingers on the ‘Home and Back keys’, as shown in the figure below, to begin measuring your body composition. Wait for a few seconds till the measurement is completed and you can then remove your fingers from the watch.
