It will allow you to share notes with yourself and forward any message or multimedia file from other chats within the app. You can also record voice notes and click photos on WhatsApp as you do with other contacts and keep them for yourself.
Now you don’t need to make a group and remove people to create your private space for saving messages or important files and media.
How to use WhatsApp Message Yourself feature:
First of all, make sure to update your WhatsApp to the latest version. To do so, you can simply visit Google Play Store on Android smartphones and App Store on iOS phones.
Open “WhatsApp” on your phone and tap on “Create a new chat icon” on the home page. You will be able to see your own number from the contacts at the top. Simply, select “your number” and start messaging.
Do note that this is a staged rollout and it might not be available for all users at the present time. If the feature has not reached you yet, have patience and wait for a few hours or days. As soon as the company will ensure its stability, it will make a wider rollout.
Say 👋 to 🆕 Message Yourself.

Latest WhatsApp Beta brings 20 color Themes for chats
WhatsApp is rolling out 20 color Themes for chats with the latest Beta. Ahead of the Public rollout, developers testing the new personalization feature on the Beta channel. We expect the general availability in a future update to the app.
WhatsApp Beta version 2.24.21.34 introduces 20 color Themes for chats. Users enrolled in the Beta Program can download the latest update from the Play Store. However, it’s imp to note that not all beta testers may receive the feature, even on the latest version.
Color themes for chats are an upcoming feature for WhatsApp users. This feature will allow users to change the chat theme to match their style preferences. Selecting a theme will apply it across the entire application, whether for personal or group chats.
The app-wide implementation aims to offer a uniform and consistent look across the entire app. Once enabled, you can also alter the theme for specific chats, similar to how you apply conversation background wallpaper on WhatsApp.
The ability to choose diverse themes will allow WhatsApp users to pick different designs for personal, work-related, and group chats. Users will have over 22 distinct themes and 20 color options to choose from within the app.
Changing the chat theme will also modify the message color to display a visually cohesive appearance. Message color in WhatsApp will be optimized itself to offer a unified look along with the chat themes.
At present, the new WhatsApp personalization tricks are available for select Beta testers. As soon as the development and testing progresses, the availability will expand. We with WhatsApp to soon announce the general availability of the feature.
WhatsApp’s new Image Search feature coming soon
WhatsApp is releasing a new beta update for Android, which reveals that the company is developing a new feature that lets users search images on the web. The fresh beta update can be identified through version 2.24.21.31.
The Search images on the web feature of WhatsApp will allow users to check the authenticity of images they receive to make it easier to spot misleading or fake content.
When a user wants to search for an image, it will be uploaded to Google, which helps them find similar images or sources online to quickly get more information.
Notably, WhatsApp ensures privacy by not storing or processing these images. While the image is sent to Google for searching, it remains private and secure.
With this new feature, users will be able to use any image, whether sent by a friend or received in a forwarded message for search on the web to verify them online.
In addition to the image search, WhatsApp is also developing a feature to check links in frequently forwarded messages to verify their authenticity.
The image search feature is currently under development and will be available in a future update. Users can expect more information soon as WhatsApp continues to enhance its platform. Stay Tuned!

WhatsApp introduces call link feature to group and individual chats
WhatsApp for Android is rolling out a new beta update with version 2.24.21.29, which comes with a handy call link feature. This update makes it easier for users to start calls in both individual and group chats.
With this new feature, users can easily generate call links without needing to go to the Calls tab. The call link shortcut is now located in the chat attachment menu. Previously, creating call links was a bit complicated since users had to go to the Calls tab to generate them.
Now, to use the Call Links feature, simply tap the attachment icon while chatting. This makes starting a call faster and more convenient since you can do it right from your ongoing conversation.
Initially, the call link feature was only available for group chats, but now it works for individual chats as well. Many people might not have known they could create call links before, but this update makes it clear and easy to use.
This call link feature is currently available to some beta testers who have installed the latest version of WhatsApp from the Google Play Store. As the update continues to roll out, more users can expect to see this feature in the coming days.
