One UI 5.0
Hey, Samsung! It’s time to release Android 13 for Galaxy Z Flip 3 and Fold 3

Samsung started the Android 13-based One UI 5.0 Beta program for Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 smartphones in October. So far, the devices have received five beta updates that bring so many improvements to them. But now it’s high time, Samsung should begin to roll out a stable Android 13 update for Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Flip 3 customers.
In late October, the Korean company started One UI 5.0 distribution to its eligible devices. Started Galaxy S22 series, the update has now reached many flagships and mid-range Galaxy smartphones in some countries, whereas, the users of last year’s foldable smartphones are still waiting to get the taste of the stable version.

Last week, Samsung released the One UI update roadmap for its compatible Galaxy devices. According to this schedule, Fold 3 and Flip 3 should get the stable version of Android 13 OS this month, at least in Europe. But at the moment there is no information about it going live.

On the other hand, a few mid-range smartphones including Galaxy A73, Galaxy A53, and Galaxy A33 have also got a chance to install the Android 13 OS. Whereas, flagship foldable smartphones that are already running the beta version deserved to install this update earlier.
Today, the company rolled out the stable One UI 5.0 update for the new foldables – Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 in the US. We expect that the last year’s models will get the update very soon.
What could be the reason for Samsung to delay the Android 13 update for the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3, is there anything left to fix in these devices? What do you think? Let us know through social media.

Samsung One UI 5.1 Remaster Function
The company has added new advancements to the Samsung Photo Remaster function with One UI 5.1. You can take a look at them below.
GIF improvement
Today, GIF is becoming a way to express yourself in a different way. So, you can have a lot of GIFs, but I think there’s a lot to be regretted because the GIFs you really want to keep are low resolution and noisy.
The GIF Remaster implemented on Remaster improves low resolution and removes the unique compression noise that occurs in GIFs, helping you preserve GIFs more clearly.
Remove Shadows and light reflections
Added a Remake function to remove unnecessary shadows and reflections when taking pictures. This is a feature that was previously offered by photo editors but can now be detected and improved upon with a remaster button.
Correct Wide Angle Distortion
To capture more views, you take photos with a wide-angle lens. However, when shooting with a wide-angle lens, there is distortion due to the different refractive indices of the wide-angle lens, so it must be somewhat disappointing.
Sympathizing with the plight of these customers, the company added a distortion correction engine to detect these parts and correct the distortion as much as possible. If distorted left and right corner characters appear, they can be corrected by remastering.
