Samsung has just made mobile camera photography even more advanced on the Galaxy S22 series, while, the next-gen Galaxy S23 lineup reportedly features greatly improved night photography and night video.
Trusted leaker IceUniverse claimed that the night photography and night video have greatly improved on the Galaxy S23 Ultra. As the device reportedly features a 200MP image sensor, Samsung is taking advantage of AI as well.
With the Galaxy S22 series, the South Korean tech giant introduced ‘nightography’ feature that allows users to capture stunning images in low light conditions and at night.
And a step ahead, Samsung has now significantly enhanced the video department for the night and low light conditions. At the same time, we are assuming more new software-derived nightography features with the Galaxy S23 series.

If the leak is correct, owners of the Galaxy S23 series devices will be able to record better videos in dark nights. The Galaxy S22 Ultra is the world’s most powerful camera smartphone to date, and the Galaxy S23 Ultra is ready to take the crown from its predecessor.
As per the previous reports, the Galaxy S23 Ultra will feature Samsung’s own developed ISOCELL HP2 camera sensor with 200 megapixel resolution. Apart from this, the company is likely to ship the S23 series devices with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset globally.
Samsung has not yet revealed anything about the upcoming flagship smartphone lineup. However, the S23 series devices will surely feature new software features, power-efficient OLED displays, well-optimized batteries and more.
This year, the company launched the Galaxy S22 series in February, and the S23 series debut timeline may be the same for next year. Samsung will unveil the S23 phones at Galaxy Unpacked event sometime in February 2023.

While the Galaxy S24 and S24+ feature flat frame design, the S24 Ultra apparently brings the narrowest bezel in history.
